SpaceXSI is seeking an ambitious IAM Engineer to design, implement, and mature our enterprise IAM ecosystem. You will own end-to-end IAM initiatives, drive secure, scalable identity solutions, and collaborate across Security, Infrastructure, Application, and Engineering teams.

This high-impact role values ownership, collaboration, and practical solutions in a fast-paced environment. You will lead the rollout of identity governance, lifecycle management, and access controls while supporting audit

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on IAM experience.
• Experience with enterprise IAM ecosystems and protocols.
• Strong knowledge of cloud IAM services and on-premises IAM deployments.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement enterprise-grade IAM solutions across on-prem, cloud, and SaaS environments.
• Architect and deliver federation strategies using SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM.
• Lead integration of IAM platforms (SailPoint, Okta, PingOne, Microsoft Entra ID).
• Drive access management lifecycle, RBAC, PAM, and Just-In-Time access initiatives.
• Develop automation scripts and Terraform for provisioning and governance.
