Job summary

SpaceXSI is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to design, implement, and mature our enterprise IAM ecosystem. You will own end-to-end IAM initiatives from strategy to implementation while collaborating with Security, Infrastructure, Application, and Engineering teams.

This high-visibility role requires ownership, collaboration, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity. You will shape the future of identity and security at SpaceXSI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Experience with enterprise IAM systems and security best practices.
• Strong understanding of modern IAM concepts and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise IAM solutions across on-prem, cloud, and SaaS environments.
• Architect and deliver federation strategies using SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM.
• Lead integration and optimization of SailPoint, Okta, PingOne, Entra ID and related tools.
• Drive Identity Lifecycle Management, RBAC, PAM, and Just-In-Time access initiatives.
• Develop automation scripts and Terraform to improve provisioning and governance.
• Serve as primary IAM SME, guiding teams and mentoring others.
• Collaborate with InfoSec, Compliance, and Engineering to meet audits and security requirements.
• Continuously improve IAM architecture and processes in a fast-moving org.
• Support cloud IAM strategies across AWS, GCP, and other platforms.
• Participate in on-call rotation and identity-related incident response.
