Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst IAM to support the Customer/Colleague Identity teams within the Identity Access Management group. This onsite role is filled at a Huntington corporate office.

You will collaborate with the Product Owner, SMEs, and agile teams to refine epics, write user stories, and drive backlog refinement, while ensuring acceptance criteria are met and metrics are tracked.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, PM/PMO, or related.
• 1+ years of professional IAM project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist IAM leadership with planning activities, minutes, follow-up, and data analysis.
• Work with team, Product Owner and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Refine Epics into Features and User Stories with SMEs for Agile teams.
• Lead backlog refinement sessions and establish story points.
• Write and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate daily standups, ceremonies, retrospectives and reviews.
• Drive sprint goals and maintain a prioritized backlog four to six weeks ahead.
• Create and own dashboards and run queries for progress tracking.
