A leading technology provider in financial services seeks a Senior IAM Business Analyst to contribute to software development by ensuring documentation, QA, and requirements analysis. Acting independently, the Senior IAM Business Analyst contributes to the software development process by ensuring complete and accurate documentation, quality assurance and analysis of requirements. Serves as a liaison between customers and development departments during the product development and testing phase.

This is a remote position and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX or Springfield, MO.

All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Interacts with customers to gather system requirements.
  • Defines the system and functional requirements of the product.
  • Prepares business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Serves as a resource and/or participant in business process re-design activities. Assists the customer in determining if and how system enhancements may improve process flow and business function.
  • Performs and has ownership of application, system and regression tests.
  • Responsible for creating business requirements and system documentation, as well as contributing to end-user and project management documentation.
  • Works with quality assurance and programming teams to ensure changes are migrated into production correctly.
  • Interacts with technical teams to convey business requirements.
  • Works with industry research groups to prepare for product trends.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with SailPoint.
  • Experience in software quality assurance.
  • Experience in analyzing requirements for product development.
