Job summary

Burrow Global has an immediate need for a Level III - Instrumentation & Electrical Designer to work at a client site in Downtown Houston. This position will facilitate project design and drafting management in accordance with industry and company STD’s as necessary to ensure the successful completion of all project related activities.

The candidate will prepare PFDs, P&IDs, general layouts, and equipment lists, coordinate with project teams, and ensure timely delivery of design packages.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in drafting/design or equivalent.
• 7 years of I&E design experience.
• Active TWIC Card required.

Responsibilities

• Assign electrical equipment and instrument tagging numbers.
• Prepare PFDs, P&IDs, layouts, plot plans and equipment lists.
• Draft changes to record drawings and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors and vendors.
• Review manhour estimates and schedules for efficiency.
• Develop and maintain company standard drawings.
