Job summary

Canadian Breaks Consulting LLC seeks a Mechanical Field Superintendent – Senior Consultant to lead I&C construction oversight on a major Childress, TX project. The role is fully onsite and requires coordinating subcontractors, schedules, RFIs, and safety compliance while supporting commissioning of building automation systems.

You will work with multiple teams to ensure design intent, quality installations, and timely turnover, delivering robust field execution for mission-critical facilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of instrumentation and controls construction experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to work fully onsite in Childress, TX, pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen, and work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities with other superintendents and subcontractors.
• Supervise multiple subcontractors and craft employees.
• Maintain and adjust the project schedule daily.
• Manage RFIs and submittal materials for client and architect review.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and provide a safe work environment.
• Support system startup and commissioning activities for controls and building automation.
• Provide updates on status, risk, and mitigation to CBC leadership and the client.
