Job summary

E2 Optics, LLC is seeking a Senior Hyperscale Network Specialist to lead advanced network validation and remediation in mission-critical data center environments. You will mentor junior engineers and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure activation readiness, testing, and turnover to customers.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in structured cabling, telecommunications, fiber optics, and hyperscale data center environments.
• Demonstrated ability to independently perform advanced network validation, testing, troubleshooting, and remediation.
• Experience mentoring technical personnel and serving as a technical resource for project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced network validation activities across Front-End Network (FENW) and Back-End Network (BENW).
• Perform root cause analysis and remediation of installation deficiencies and equipment failures.
• Coordinate troubleshooting efforts involving multiple technicians and customer representatives.
• Review testing documentation for accuracy and completeness; ensure turnover packages meet customer requirements.
