Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hydrogeology, Geology, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 6–15 years of hydrogeology experience.
• Experience with federal/state regulatory agencies.
• Experience developing technical environmental reports and supporting regulatory reviews.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Proficient in hydrogeologic principles including characterization, assessments and monitoring.
• Travel 5%, 3–4 days per trip.

Responsibilities

• Perform environmental reviews assessing groundwater and water resources impacts of nuclear facilities.
• Prepare environmental reports compliant with NRC, NEPA, and other regulations.
• Develop protection measures and present complex information to stakeholders.
• Participate in data collection, site visits, and field evaluations.
