Responsibilities

• Interpret operating instructions and schedules to plan load controls and balance loads.
• Direct maintenance personnel in switching and coordinating generators and switchyards.
• Maintain shift logs and hourly meter readings, and report to dispatch.
• Respond to emergencies and take corrective action as needed.
