Job summary

Beacon Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior-level Strategic Project Manager to lead a large hydroelectric dam maintenance project from planning through execution.

Based at the Madison General Office, frequent travel to Prairie du Sac, WI will be required. You will partner with cross-functional teams, contractors, and regulators to ensure safety, compliance, and on-time delivery of critical infrastructure work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
• PMP certification is required.
• Wisconsin PE licensure preferred; DSE background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex hydroelectric dam maintenance projects using PMI-based practices to deliver scope, schedule, cost, and risk objectives.
• Define business needs, deliverables, and technical objectives; manage plans, resources, and performance measures.
• Build project teams with appropriate expertise and manage cross-functional stakeholder communication and reporting.
