Qualifications

• PE license required and active.
• 20 years of experience in hydraulic engineering.
• 10 years in project management preferred.
• Experience with FERC regulations preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions, meetings, and workshops for project teams and clients.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Initiate and lead marketing and business development pursuits.
• Identify and pursue opportunities with new and existing clients.
• Prepare and oversee reports, drawings, and specifications across projects.
• Implement QA/QC reviews in line with client requirements.
• Manage project and organizational risks related to deliverables.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives; delegate workloads and mentor staff.
