Qualifications

• 4–6 years of professional experience in manufacturing, testing, or related technical fields.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and precision.
• Ability to follow complex instructions and testing guidelines.
• Physically able to lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume, repetitive assessments of precision pneumatic and hydraulic parts.
• Help ensure product reliability by conducting high-pressure fluid power testing for military and commercial hardware.
• Configure, manage, and oversee the operation of various testing apparatus.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to test failures or equipment malfunctions.
• Evaluate test data to pinpoint potential performance concerns.
• Adhere to standardized testing protocols, technical specifications, and quality benchmarks.
• Maintain precise documentation regarding all testing procedures and outcomes.
• Contribute to the enhancement of testing workflows and overall production efficiency.
• Work autonomously to achieve established production targets and quality standards.
