Qualifications

• 4+ years managing and reviewing small business tax files.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proficient with QuickBooks Online/Desktop or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own the firm’s workflow schedule and track client deadlines.
• Direct and train bookkeeping and tax staff; provide feedback.
• Audit monthly ledgers, bank reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Review federal, state, local tax returns for accuracy.
• Prepare complex financial statements and tax returns for high-priority accounts.
• Explain reviewed reports to clients; maintain client relations.
