Job summary

i3, LLC is seeking an Application Functional Specialist - Oracle Financials to lead functional design, configuration, and support of Oracle Financials (EBS). This role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring regulatory alignment.

You will support SLA, GL, AP, AR, and P2P/O2C/R2R processes, conduct workshops, create FDDs, test features, and drive continuous improvement with federal financial requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance/Accounting/IS or related field.
• 10+ years for senior level, 3+ years for mid level in Oracle Financials (EBS and/or Cloud).
• Strong functional expertise in GL, AP, AR, Budgetary Control, SLA, etc.
• Experience in federal financial environments and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design, configuration, and ongoing support of Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, SLA, etc.).
• Support end-to-end P2P, O2C, and R2R processes aligned with federal requirements.
• Provide user support and help desk services including issue resolution and escalation.
• Develop FDDs, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and operational docs.
• Collaborate with finance, program, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize enhancements.
