Job summary

HII Mission Technologies is seeking a qualified Defensive Counterintelligence (DCI) Analyst to support the CMS Division of Strategic Information program in Woodlawn, Maryland. This full-time hybrid role requires up to 10% travel and TS/SCI clearance.

You will contribute to threat analysis, data analytics, and intelligence reporting for mission-critical CMS initiatives and governance. Join a high-performing team of engineers and cybersecurity professionals focused on national security and CMS/HS

Qualifications

9 years of relevant experience with bachelor’s in related field; 7 years with master’s; or 13 years with HS+ experience.
Top Secret /SCI security clearance
Excellent technical writing skills

Responsibilities

Offer cybersecurity expertise to CMS DCI team and coordinate with SOC on counterintelligence incidents
Examine, evaluate, and oversee cyber-affiliated inquiries
Identify threat information, recommend mitigation, and report findings
Conduct analysis to assess counterintelligence and intelligence threats
Identify intelligence gaps and specify collection requirements
Support counterintelligence inquiries under team lead guidance
Prepare intelligence information reports as appropriate
Maintain chain of custody of evidence and IT audit data
Evaluate threats to emerging technology within an enterprise
Conduct counterintelligence briefings to CMS staff and executives
