Job summary

The Clearing House Payments Company L.L.C. is seeking a Senior Technology Architect to provide technical and architectural leadership across a complex enterprise environment spanning on-premises infrastructure and AWS cloud services.

You will define technology direction, evaluate solutions, guide modernization and cloud adoption, ensuring security, resiliency, and performance. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions, create architecture diagrams and roadmaps,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent.
10+ years of enterprise technology experience with architecture leadership.
Strong experience designing hybrid on-premises and AWS environments.
Knowledge of AWS, RHEL, Windows Server, DB2, SQL Server, IBM MQ, networking and security.
Experience with high availability, disaster recovery, security architecture and modernization.
Strong systems-thinking, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to develop architecture diagrams, standards, roadmaps and executive recommendations.

Responsibilities

Define current-state, target-state and transition architectures for enterprise infrastructure and platforms.
Lead architecture reviews for new solutions, modernization initiatives and cloud migrations.
Develop technology standards, reference architectures and roadmaps.
Design and review hybrid architectures integrating on-premises with AWS.
Evaluate alternatives and provide recommendations based on risk, security, resiliency, performance and cost.
Partner with application, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, database and operations teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
