Job summary

The Clearing House Payments Company L.L.C. is seeking a Senior Technology Architect to provide technical and architectural leadership across a complex enterprise environment spanning on-premises infrastructure and AWS cloud services.

The role will define technology direction, evaluate solutions, guide modernization and cloud adoption, and ensure architectures meet security, resiliency, scalability, performance, and operational supportability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent experience.
10+ years enterprise technology/architecture leadership.
Hybrid on-premises and AWS experience.
Strong knowledge of AWS, RHEL, Windows Server, DB2, SQL Server, IBM MQ, networking and security.
Experience with high availability, disaster recovery, security architecture, modernization.
Strong systems-thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
Ability to create architecture diagrams, standards, roadmaps, and executive recommendations.

Responsibilities

Define current-state, target-state, and transition architectures.
Lead architecture reviews for new solutions and cloud migrations.
Develop standards, reference architectures, roadmaps, and architecture decision records.
Design and review hybrid architectures integrating on-premises with AWS.
Provide guidance across IT teams and communicate to leadership.
