Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Deliver white-glove customer service while solving complex system issues.
• Perform high-level maintenance and tune-ups for system longevity and performance.
• Educate clients on system care and energy efficiency.
• Use digital tools to document service visits and maintain records.
• Adhere to safety and compliance standards; maintain a professional vehicle/workspace.
• Collaborate with dispatch, installers, and team members.
• Mentor junior technicians when needed.
