Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning is seeking a Lead HVAC Service Technician in Central Florida with a passion for excellence. The role offers top hourly pay plus commissions and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Enjoy no on-call shifts, allowing for predictable hours and a healthier work-life balance. You will diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, educate customers on energy efficiency, document visits digitally, and mentor junior technicians as part of a high-performing team.

Formación

• Proven experience in residential HVAC diagnostics, repair, and service.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge.
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal preferred).
• Clean and valid Florida driver’s license.
• Own high-quality tools and know how to use them.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Deliver white-glove customer service while solving complex system issues.
• Perform high-level maintenance and tune-ups for system longevity and performance.
• Educate clients on system care, energy efficiency, and service options.
• Use digital tools to document service visits and maintain accurate records.
• Adhere to all safety and compliance standards—because you know what you’re doing.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle and workspace.
• Collaborate with dispatch, installers, and team members to ensure excellent customer experiences.
• Assist with training and mentoring junior technicians when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support company operations and customer satisfaction
