Job summary

Westgate Resorts is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician 3 to perform advanced HVAC and refrigeration work within our Park City resort environment. This senior role focuses on projects, guest service calls, preventative maintenance, and large-scale initiatives as directed by resort leadership.

You will lead internal projects with extensive HVAC scope, oversee safety and quality, and ensure reliable operation of chillers and energy systems.

Qualifications

• HVAC technical certification or license required.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on HVAC maintenance experience in resort/commercial settings.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Able to adapt to diverse tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform projects, guest calls, blitzes and preventative maintenance as directed by resort leadership.
• Execute daily tasks and projects in HVAC systems; support other trades as needed.
• Lead HVAC-related procurement and inventory to ensure materials on site.
• Supervise and coordinate contracted services and installations for quality delivery.
• Operate and troubleshoot chillers, cooling towers and major HVAC-R equipment.
