Job summary

Shaw's Home Comfort is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician based in Lemoore, CA, with daily travel to Fresno, Clovis, Visalia, Tulare, Porterville and nearby communities. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential systems, educate homeowners, and support sales opportunities with clear recommendations.

This role requires strong technical skills, professional home presence, and the ability to work independently while adhering to company standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years HVAC service experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems required.
• EPA 608 Certification preferred (required prior to refrigerant work).
• Excellent customer communication in home settings.
• Ability to troubleshoot with meters, gauges and diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Use meters, gauges and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately.
• Perform maintenance and repairs per company standards and best practices.
• Educate homeowners on system condition and available options.
• Coordinate with the sales team for equipment replacement opportunities.
• Document work and update job information using tablets and CRM.
