Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of verifiable HVAC work experience.
• Knowledge of residential air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot refrigerant, electrical, and duct issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough and accurate HVAC inspections.
• Repair and replace HVAC components to code standards.
• Facilitate ordering of parts for scheduled appointments.
• Submit purchase orders to dispatch or designated purchasing team.
• Effectively communicate with customers about questions or problems.
• Train, coach and mentor apprentices.
• Maintain courteous demeanor with customers and colleagues.
