Job summary

A major hospitality organization in Miami, Florida, is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician. The successful candidate will perform essential HVAC duties, respond to guest repair requests, and ensure proper maintenance of all HVAC systems. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is preferred, along with a certification in Air Conditioning. Strong mechanical skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of previous related experience in HVAC.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand HVAC systems.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all the duties of an HVAC Technician.
• Respond and attend to guest repair requests.
• Communicate with guests and staff to resolve HVAC maintenance issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance for all HVAC units and refrigerators.
• Assist with training and mentor other HVAC technicians.
