Qualifications

- At least three years of experience as an HVAC mechanic.
- Universal Refrigeration Card and current CPO certification.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain HVAC systems including repairs.
- Respond to customer calls for temperature adjustments.
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC equipment.
- Assist with monitoring fire alarm systems.
