Plumbline Services is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems while educating homeowners on repair options and system improvements. You'll serve as a trusted advisor and mentor to developing technicians in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve a wide variety of HVAC system issues.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
• Present repair options and recommendations clearly and professionally.
• Prepare accurate estimates and explain pricing to homeowners.
• Order required parts and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Utilize ServiceTitan and other technology platforms to document service activities.
• Mentor and support HVAC Maintenance Technicians and Apprentices.
