You will work independently and with a team to deliver high-quality service to clients. The position requires 5+ years of HVAC experience and strong communication skills, with a Monday–Friday 8-hour shift.

Qualifications

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Repair or replace defective parts such as compressors, thermostats, and electrical components.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes during installations and repairs.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Collaborate with other technicians as needed for complex projects.
