Job Title: Senior HVAC Technician

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio (Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, Dayton, Tri-State Region)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial HVAC Technician with expertise in chillers, boilers, and hydronic systems. This full-time role involves hands-on work, problem-solving, and installation tasks, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing components. The typical schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm, with occasional on-call duties within a team rotation.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining climate control systems such as chillers, boilers, and refrigeration units
• Working on VRF systems, VAV boxes, split systems, cooling towers, AHUs & MUs, BAS controls, and other commercial HVAC systems
• Leading HVAC installation projects of varying sizes and complexity
• Ensuring safe equipment operation following protocols
• Maintaining accurate service and installation records
• Managing truck stock and inventory
• Developing client relationships and participating in meetings
• Utilizing mobile technology for communication and reporting
• Staying updated on industry trends and best practices
• Performing other assigned tasks

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of HVAC experience
• At least 3 years of experience with chillers and boilers
• EPA Universal Certification
• Pipe welding experience (preferred but not required)
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
