• Responds to, evaluates, and rectifies problems with HVAC equipment, controls, refrigerators, freezers and ice machines.
• Follows work orders, drawings, diagrams, and specifications; plans, inspects, tests, and maintains equipment.
• Maintains preventative maintenance schedule and documents work.
• Responds to repair calls and makes recommendations for repairs.
• Maintains a clean, safe and orderly work area and reports unsafe conditions.
