Job summary

Concord Hospital is seeking an HVAC technician to perform skilled maintenance, repair, and installation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning equipment and systems. The role serves as a resource for staff in HVAC and building automation system education.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, NH driver’s license, and EPA refrigerant certification preferred. Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience and familiarity with CMS documentation are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ HVAC experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, building automation and internet software.
• Ability to interpret and apply local and national codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Performs Fire Damper documentation per CMS.
• Creates and maintains proper documentation.
• Completes work orders pertaining to Life Safety, Environment of Care, Safety and Patients.
• Completes Preventative Maintenance Work Orders.
• Coordinates projects and work orders.
• Trains and mentors staff.
• Requisitions materials after researching price and efficiency.
