Job summary

The technician will manage startup activities and evaluate performance of HVAC systems in new and existing buildings. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years commercial HVAC mechanical equipment startup or service experience.
• Strong background in troubleshooting HVAC systems.
• Valid CFC certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and perform startup activities for new construction and existing buildings.
• Document pre-functional activities in paperless systems.
• Assist with equipment startup scheduling and maintain action item lists.
