Job summary

Timberline Mechanical is looking for an experienced Service Retrofit Sheet Metal Installer III to manage complex HVAC retrofits and sheet metal services. This senior/journeyman-level role requires independent handling of ductwork modifications and leading service calls while ensuring quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial sheet metal/HVAC installation, fabrication, and retrofit work.
• Proven journeyman-level proficiency in handling complex tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Independently fabricate, assemble, install, and repair advanced sheet metal ductwork.
• Lead service/retrofit calls from start to finish, including customer communication.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with SMACNA standards.

Advanced sheet metal fabrication/installation techniques

Blueprint/schematic reading
