Job summary

Solid Rock Recruiting, LLC, on behalf of a Twin Cities commercial mechanical contractor, seeks an experienced Project Manager with strong sheet metal/HVAC expertise to lead projects from start to finish.

You will coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and field personnel on diverse projects, monitoring schedules, budgets, and progress while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Commercial mechanical/HVAC project management experience.
• Strong sheet metal/HVAC knowledge and field understanding.
• Ability to understand technical aspects of mechanical projects.

Project Manager – Sheet Metal / HVAC

Location: Twin Cities

The Opportunity

We’re representing an established and growing commercial mechanical contractor in the Twin Citiesthat is looking to add an experienced Project Manager with strong sheet metal/HVAC experience to their team.

This company has approximately 100 employees and provides commercial HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, and service work. Their project portfolio is diverse, ranging from smaller commercial projects to large-scale data centers, manufacturing facilities, and food-processing/packaging facilities.

They are looking for someone who understands the technical side of sheet metal/HVAC work and can effectively manage projects, customers, and internal teams.

What You\'ll Be Doing

• Manage commercial mechanical/HVAC projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall progress
• Coordinate office and field activities
• Visit jobsites as needed
• Maintain strong customer relationships and communication
