• Diagnosing and repairing VRF HVAC systems in commercial environments.
• Communicating clearly with clients and teammates.
• Ordering parts, documenting service work, and keeping jobs on track.
• Mentoring junior technicians and contributing to ongoing training.
• Providing feedback and suggestions to improve our systems and service delivery.
• Leading VRF remediation projects and ensuring top-quality work.

• 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service.
• Hands-on knowledge of the refrigerant cycle, controls, and diagnostics.
