Pro-Tech Air Conditioning and Heating in Santa Fe, NM is seeking an Experienced HVAC Service Technician. Earn $25.00-$40.00 per hour with top performers up to $110,000 annually. Enjoy health insurance, paid vacation, holidays, a 401(k) with match, a company vehicle, and ongoing training.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with occasional weekends or evenings. You will service residential and light commercial systems, troubleshoot, and perform repairs to maintain top customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across a wide range of equipment.
• Experience making repair vs. replace decisions.
• Advanced customer service skills.
• Willingness to take on responsibility and leadership roles.
• Universal EPA Certification.
• Ability to acquire low voltage license within 2 years and NATE certification within 1 year.
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices and air balancing principles.
• Certificate of completion from an HVAC Trade School (preferred).
• Ability to safely operate scissor and genie lifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems to high company standards.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every call.
• May involve weekend, overtime, or evening calls as needed.
