You will diagnose, repair, and maintain systems, educate homeowners on options, and present recommendations with confidence. A customer-first mindset and strong problem solving are essential for success and advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Proven residential HVAC service and repair experience.
• Strong HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer service with ability to build trust with homeowners.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain system issues, solutions, and recommendations.
• Comfort with sales, presenting service options, and recommending repairs, upgrades, and system improvements based on the customer's needs.
• Ability to educate customers on HVAC solutions without high-pressure tactics.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Perform maintenance, tune-ups, and system-related services.
• Provide customers with a professional, high-quality experience on every call.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with homeowners.
• Clearly explain system findings and options to customers.
• Present repair, replacement, upgrade, and system improvement recommendations based on the customer's needs.
• Educate homeowners on available solutions and options.
• Identify opportunities to improve comfort, energy efficiency, IAQ, and system performance.
• Follow safety standards and complete documentation using ServiceTitan.
