Qualifications

• Must have proven residential HVAC service and repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills in HVAC systems.
• Excellent customer service with ability to build trust with homeowners.
• Strong communication to explain issues, options, and recommendations.
• Comfort with presenting service options and solutions based on customer needs.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
