Job summary

ENFRA Solutions is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician III in Lafayette, LA. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and mechanical components while delivering total customer satisfaction throughout service projects.

The role requires a current licensed technician with EPA certification, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Travel is minimal, and safety procedures are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Technician (mandatory) or verifiable experience in service of commercial HVAC systems.
• Holds EPA Certification.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Versed in the industry and the Company’s competitors.
• Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
• 8+ years of experience in service of commercial HVAC systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Installation and commission of a wide variety of HVAC & refrigeration equipment.
• Maintenance of HVAC & refrigeration equipment.
• Establishes and maintains clear communications with customers while on and off the job sites.
• Assists in maintaining inventory and tool procurement of the service vehicle.
• Promotes and adheres to all safety procedures and policies.
