Daikin Applied in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Senior HVAC Service Technician III to service commercial and industrial equipment, lead rebuilds, and mentor junior technicians. The role includes comprehensive training and hands-on work with chillers, boilers, rooftop units and more.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience, an EPA Universal Technician certification (preferred), and a valid driver’s license. Travel may be required; Daikin offers competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related HVAC experience with increasing responsibility.
• Valid Driver's License and driving record acceptable.
• Licenses/training as required by local law.
• Rotational emergency call support availability.
• Experience mentoring less experienced technicians.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance of commercial HVAC equipment including logging machines and cleaning coils.
• Repair and replacement of defective equipment in chillers, rooftop units, and related systems.
• Inspect equipment to prevent breakdowns and callbacks.
• Analyze chiller trend data for optimal performance.
• Lead rebuilds and retrofits with Level I/II technicians.
• Communicate with customers and provide status reports during service calls.
