Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on HVAC service and installation experience.

• EPA Certification preferred; willingness to obtain NATE within 6 months.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain residential split systems, commercial package units, and boilers.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a wide variety of HVAC equipment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.
• Grow into leadership through the Red Bear Leadership Academy (all expenses paid).
