Qualifications

• 2–5 years hands-on HVAC service and installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential split systems, commercial package units, and boilers.
• EPA certification preferred; willing to obtain NATE within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain residential split systems, commercial package units, and boilers.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a wide variety of HVAC equipment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.
• Grow into leadership through Red Bear Leadership Academy (expenses paid, including fly-in training).
