Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience and expertise in all systems, including boilers and small chilled water systems. Familiarity with BMS systems is a plus. A positive attitude and a desire to serve our customers with professional, award-winning service are essential.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Service Repair Technician to join our team at Crisafulli Albany. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in commercial and residential settings, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional service efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an HVAC training program or apprenticeship
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• EPA certification
• Experience with commercial HVAC systems
• Additional HVAC-related certifications or licenses

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, heat pumps, and boilers
• Perform preventative maintenance to extend system longevity
• Communicate with clients about work scope and recommendations
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely, high-quality work

Skills:

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team, problem-solving skills, physical fitness for lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
