Base pay range

$32.00/hr - $45.00/hr

Job Details

Title: Service Technician III

Requirements: EPA certification, over 5 years’ HVAC service experience, skilled in maintaining and servicing commercial HVAC equipment including units up to 50-ton, boilers, chillers, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Service a range of HVAC equipment ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose and repair units using advanced software and tools.
• Document work and communicate with dispatch.
• Identify additional service opportunities.
• Maintain safety standards and asset security.
• Work overtime, on-call, and occasional overnight stays as required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, EPA license, and a good driving record.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and pass background and drug tests.

This is a safety-sensitive position.
