ENFRA is seeking a Stationary HVAC Technician III to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install HVAC, plumbing and mechanical components. You will lead service projects from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities include installation and commissioning of HVAC equipment, maintenance of boilers and chillers, and service of energy recovery ventilators and hydronic systems.

Formación

• 4-6 years HVAC experience.
• Current Licensed Technician (mandatory) or verifiable experience in service of commercial HVAC systems. Holds EPA Certification.
• Skills of Level II Technician.
• Cooling tower service, annual maintenance, gearbox replacement and alignment, water cooled chiller annual maintenance, hydronic system understanding and troubleshooting.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Installation and commission of a wide variety of HVAC equipment.
• Maintains HVAC equipment such as atmospheric boiler and water cooled chiller.
• Energy recovery ventilator service, hydronic AHU & FCU service and repair.
• Establishes and maintains clear communications with customers on and off job sites.
• Assists in maintaining inventory and tool procurement of the service vehicle.
• Promotes and follows all company safety procedures and policies.
