Black-Lion Heating & Air Conditioning LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Tech to perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on residential systems. The role involves traveling to job sites, educating customers on upgrades and maintenance plans, and using an iPad to prepare invoices and communicate with the office.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of residential HVAC experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of HVAC residential service experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving history.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Ability to work independently and meet schedules.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Run diagnostics and perform repairs on residential HVAC systems.
• Complete routine maintenance on furnaces, heat pumps, AC, and related equipment.
• Educate customers on repairs, upgrades, and maintenance plans.
• Use an iPad to generate invoices and communicate with the office.
• Travel to job sites within service area and coordinate with dispatch.
• Maintain service vehicle stock and safety equipment.
• Document equipment details including make, model, serial numbers, fuel type, measurements, and photos.
• Adhere to safety rules and company procedures.
