Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician for our Macedonia, OH store. You will repair and maintain Refrigeration HVAC equipment, lead tasks, and respond to emergencies with professional care.

Applicants should have extensive experience in commercial refrigeration, EPA certifications, and a valid driver’s license. This role requires physical ability to lift, climb ladders, and work at heights in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal Certification for refrigerant handling.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with clean MVR.
• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets.
• Utilize work orders to document repair activities and support stores.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Complete training to operate equipment safely.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA guidelines.
