Job summary

Walmart in Fountain, CO is seeking a Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician to support and oversee repair of refrigeration and HVAC systems across Walmart facilities. You will apply commercial HVAC knowledge, use hand and power tools, and work with field teams to keep equipment running smoothly.

The role requires extensive experience in large-scale rack systems, EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work at heights.

Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal certification for refrigerant handling.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean MVR.
• 18+ with HS diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using various tools.
• Receive and document repair work orders via work order system to support stores.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Ensure OSHA/EPA compliance and safety practices.
