As a lead technician with 5+ years of HVAC/R experience, you’ll service, operate, and maintain systems across the Lowell region, travel locally, and contribute to safety and customer satisfaction while advancing beyond routine maintenance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC/R service experience.
• Massachusetts Refrigeration Contractors License is a plus; EPA Certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems across your assigned region.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance (filters, coils, belts, inspections).
• Conduct commissioning checks and ensure optimal system performance.
• Identify risks before they become major issues.
• Respond to emergency service calls as needed.
• Complete warranty work and system repairs efficiently.
• Maintain accurate service records in our work order system.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support.
