Hussmann Corporation, a Panasonic subsidiary, is seeking a Senior HVAC/R Field Technical Specialist in the St. Louis area to lead field installations, startups, and complex projects across engineering and contractor teams.

You will ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality execution while supporting innovations in NTD/NPD/COD processes. This role is highly customer-facing with travel up to 70% and requires advanced knowledge of refrigeration systems and electrical controls,

Qualifikationen

• Minimum High School Diploma or Technical Degree; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 7 Refrigeration/HVAC or related industry experience.
• Advanced knowledge of refrigeration systems and electrical controls.
• Field project management experience.
• Mobility up to 70% to manufacturing and customer sites.

Aufgaben

• Perform field installation and commissioning and lead root-cause analysis for Hussmann products within budget and schedule.
• Manage field projects and utilization; maintain itineraries and communicate availability for special projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet objectives and drive root cause analysis.
• Provide customer support for delivery and startup of sustaining and new products.
• Lead and participate in field escalation and training to ensure robust support plans for field issues.
