Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on a wide range of commercial systems.
• Complete detailed service reports and work orders, documenting work performed, parts used, and time spent.
• Provide clear and professional communication with clients, explaining technical issues clearly.
• Mentor and guide junior PM technicians and apprentices.
• Adhere to all safety policies and ensure a safe work environment.
