Qualifications

• 10+ years of HVAC/plumbing construction project management experience.
• Leadership and team mentoring required.
• Strong budgeting and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level leadership for HVAC and plumbing construction projects.
• Develop, implement, and manage team procedures, systems, and workflows.
• Forecast workload, sales, staffing needs, and project resources.
• Analyze secured and prospective project pipelines and provide progress reporting.
• Represent the company in meetings with clients, owners, and project stakeholders.
• Mentor project teams through all phases of design and construction.
• Partner with HR to identify training and professional development needs.
• Utilize leadership and motivation techniques to maximize productivity and team engagement.
